Return Policy – ProFitness Spirit

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate items such as underwear and bodysuits

  • Items without original tags

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, stained, have odors, are missing tags, or are damaged by the customer.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, you must return the item following the return process. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
